How long does shipping take?

Every piece is individually handcrafted. We will give you a clear dispatch estimate when you order. Delivery is within up to 30 business days - this is the maximum range, and in the vast majority of cases your piece arrives well before that. All shipments are tracked and insured.

How long does a custom order take?

Most custom pieces are designed, made and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the day we agree on the design. Larger or more complex commissions can take longer, we will always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Question 3

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Everything is packed with great care, but if anything arrives damaged or defective we will make it right - a free replacement or a full refund. Just photograph the piece inside its original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

How do I pay?

For now, orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or email and paid by bank transfer or PayPal. A full card checkout is coming soon. Either way, no payment is taken until you have approved the piece and the price.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Shipping within Israel is ₪30 (free on orders over ₪1,100). International shipping is $45 (free on orders over $500).

Can I return a piece?

Accepted Answer

Standard pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Custom and personalised pieces are not returnable, which is why we work closely with you during the design phase to make sure everything is exactly right.
