Official Terms, Conditions & Shipping Policy

First and foremost, we want you to know - we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! In the vast majority of cases, shipments arrive well ahead of the stated timeframe.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

Our products are not mass-produced shelf items; each piece is carefully handcrafted and custom-designed especially for you. Because the creation process requires time, dedication, and attention to every single detail, we handcraft, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping company within 14 business days.

Since these are custom creations involving international shipping partners, we officially state a delivery timeframe of up to 45 business days as a safety buffer. However, as mentioned - in the vast majority of cases, shipments arrive well before the stated deadline, and your special item will land on your doorstep much faster.

* Please note: "Business days" do not include Fridays, Saturdays, and official national or religious holidays.

2. Unique Nature of Handcrafted Goods

Due to the unique nature of artisan, handcrafted manufacturing, slight variations in color, texture, shading, or exact dimensions may occur compared to the images displayed on the website. These variations are natural, inherent to handwork, and are not considered manufacturing defects - rather, they are what make your piece truly one-of-a-kind.

3. Cancellation, Returns & Damages Policy for Custom Orders

Please note that in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding custom-made goods, orders for products that have been custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, unless the product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

We pack every single item with the utmost love and maximum protection for transit. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please take photos of the item inside its original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can provide a swift solution.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties (For US & Global Orders)

For all international orders (including the United States), shipments may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees in accordance with the laws of the destination country. All such taxes, duties, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer directly to the local customs authorities or the courier company upon delivery.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, failure to respond to the local shipping courier, or refusal to pay local customs duties or taxes, the customer will not be refunded for the shipping costs (both ways).

5. Delays Due to Force Majeure & Emergencies

The website management and/or the shipping company shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or failure in delivery caused by Force Majeure or events beyond their reasonable control. In such events, the countdown of business days for delivery will be paused and will resume only once regular economic activity and shipping services fully return to normal.

6. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the website management be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase of products or delays in delivery. In any case, our total liability shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.
