Every piece is individually handcrafted. We will give you a clear estimate of the ship date when you order. Delivery is within up to 30 business days - this is the maximum range, and in the vast majority of cases your piece arrives well before that.

Most custom pieces are designed, made and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the day we agree on the design. Larger or more complex commissions can take longer, we will always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Everything is packed with great care, but if anything arrives damaged or defective we will make it right. Just photograph the piece inside its original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You can pay by card on the site. Card payments are handled on the secure page of our payment provider, HYP Pay, so your card details are never seen or stored by us. Prices include VAT. Orders within Israel are charged in shekels and international orders in US dollars. You can also order through WhatsApp and settle payment with us directly, which many people prefer for custom pieces.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Shipping within Israel is ₪35. International shipping is $45.

Yes. Choose collection at checkout and there is no shipping charge. Our gallery is in Karnei Shomron. We send the full address and opening hours with your order confirmation, and we message you as soon as your piece is ready to collect.

Standard pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Custom and personalized pieces are not returnable, which is why we work closely with you during the design phase to make sure everything is exactly right.

We buy our shofars from a supplier under the supervision of the Chief Rabbinate of Tel Aviv-Yafo, and the current kashrut certificate is shown below.
