How long does shipping take?
Every piece is individually handcrafted. We will give you a clear dispatch estimate when you order. Delivery is within up to 30 business days - this is the maximum range, and in the vast majority of cases your piece arrives well before that.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces are designed, made and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the day we agree on the design. Larger or more complex commissions can take longer, we will always give you a clear timeline upfront.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Everything is packed with great care, but if anything arrives damaged or defective we will make it right. Just photograph the piece inside its original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card on the site. Card payments are handled on the secure page of our payment provider, HYP Pay, so your card details are never seen or stored by us. Prices include VAT and are charged in shekels. You can also order through WhatsApp and settle payment with us directly, which many people prefer for custom pieces.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Shipping within Israel is ₪35. International shipping is $45.
Can I return a piece?
Standard pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. Custom and personalised pieces are not returnable, which is why we work closely with you during the design phase to make sure everything is exactly right.
Are the shofars kosher?
We buy our shofars from a supplier under the supervision of the Chief Rabbinate of Tel Aviv-Yafo, and the current kashrut certificate is shown below.
