What shapes, colors and finishes are available?
There are three shapes: half-moon, rectangular and trapezoid. The glass comes in eight colors: pearl white, blue, white and blue, clear, emerald green, light blue, terracotta and turquoise. The sockets and base come in silver-tone or gold-tone, and every shape, color and finish is the same price.
How big are the menorahs?
All three shapes are 33 cm long, 27 cm high and 3 cm deep (about 13 by 10.6 by 1.2 inches), made of double-sided handmade glass.
Is the menorah plated?
No. The menorah is glass, and its sockets and base have a silver-tone or gold-tone finish rather than plating.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is 35 NIS within Israel and 45 USD internationally.
Is it a kosher menorah for Hanukkah?
Yes. The eight lights stand in a straight row at one height, with the shamash set apart, which is the layout Jewish law asks of a Hanukkah (Chanukah) menorah, the hanukkiah.
Can I light it with candles or oil?
Both. It takes standard Hanukkah candles, and you can place oil cups in the sockets to light it with olive oil.
What makes these menorahs different?
They are modern, colorful menorahs of double-sided glass, shaped by hand in our family studio in Israel, so no two are exactly alike. The glass comes in eight colors, from clear and pearl white to emerald green, turquoise and terracotta.
Will it stand on a windowsill?
Yes. The base has a 4.5 cm radius (about 1.8 inches), so the menorah stands steadily even on a narrow windowsill.
